Mr. Tack is a Partner in the offices of Robertson & Williams. Mr. Tack has extensive experience in the comprehensive representation of oil and gas exploration companies along with mineral and royalty owners. His areas of practice include acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas properties, oil and gas title examination and opinions, oil and gas contracts, commercial transactions, oil and gas litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Tack has an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Tack is a frequent presenter of continuing legal education courses on the topics of general oil and gas law, title examination and oil and gas leasing.  Mr. Tack is an avid homebrewer, fly fisherman and outdoorsman. Mr. Tack is an active member of his church and has served as trustee of the First Presbyterian Church of Oklahoma City. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, Ginnie, two daughters and grandchildren.
