Virginia L. Hefner


Ms. Hefner is an independent contractor in the offices of Robertson & Williams.  She focuses her practice on oil and gas title examination, mineral acquisition, mineral ownership, business law, probate and estate planning.  Ms. Hefner began working with the firm in March of 2018 after she completed her Master of Laws degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in December of 2017.

Ms. Hefner is an active member in various law groups, an avid traveler, supporter of the arts and her community.  Ms. Hefner was raised in Oklahoma City and, after graduating Cum Laude from Casady High School, attended the University of Denver where she obtained her Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in 2008, specializing in International Business and Legal Studies.  She then returned to Oklahoma City and attended Oklahoma City University Meinders School of Business to obtain a Master of Business Administration in 2009. After working in the oil and gas industry as a landman and leasing agent, she returned to Oklahoma City University to attend the School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 2015.  Ms. Hefner completed her education after attending the University of Oklahoma College of Law for a Master of Law in Energy and Natural Resource Law in 2017.
